Sausalito, California – Mid-Cal Construction has begun a dock construction project for Waldo Point Harbor located at the northern end of Richardson Bay in Sausalito, California. The project is part of a total renovation for the unique Houseboat Community, including a new parking lot, park for the residents, a gazebo entrance way, a new management office, and new seawall. The additional docks will allow space for new residents.
